Griff began his career in insurance at The Hartford Insurance Company and the Aetna Insurance Company. He later transitioned to world-renowned national brokerage firms Marsh & McLennan and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., enabling him to gain the extensive brokerage and underwriting experience necessary to expand both the operations and expertise of Griffith E. Harris Insurance Services.
Griff’s CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation, from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, signifies that he has the highest level of education, knowledge and professionalism in the insurance industry.
